Payment 

We use PayPal to process all of our online orders. PayPal offers secure third party processing (they work directly with your bank or credit card company) which means that at no point do we have access to your card information. 

You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use our shopping cart. Just look for the link that allows you to check out without one. You are welcome to use a debit or credit card - VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover - or a PayPal account to process your order. 

Shipping

All of our products are made to order. Please allow up to three days for your order to be ready for shipping (often times it's less!) Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail service (2-3 business days), though if you need expedited shipping we are happy to work with you. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange to have your order sent via Express Mail service (next day delivery to many areas... some regions will take two days).

We gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please contact us before ordering for suggestions as to which products will be your best option - this may change seasonally and with the weather. 

We do our best to ensure that you order with packaged carefully - unfortunately, we have little control over the treatment that your package experiences once it leaves the bakery. In the (extremely) rare event that your package is severely damaged, please contact us.
